PREPAID BOOKINGS
Prepaid bookings require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be completed and faxed to the hotel. This form is available by emailing or calling the Maruba directly.

We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance from your local agent.
DEPOSITS & GUARANTEES
A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room/reservation. Booking: $100.00 per person deposit is required when a reservation is confirmed and must reach our office in Belize in 7 days. Maruba Resortreserves the right to cancel reservations if a deposit is not received within 7 days after confirmation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to date of arrival. If a booking is made 45 days before date of arrival, payment is due in full at time of confirmation. Special & Special offers and transfers must be prepaid in full within 7 days of booking and are non refundable. Payment is due in full for Special For major holiday months, final payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival.
Major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) is required at check-in.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective December 15, 2010
Booking: $100.00 per person deposit is required when a reservation is confirmed and must reach our office in Belize in 7 days. Maruba Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations if a deposit is not received within 7 days after confirmation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to date of arrival. If a booking is made 45 days before date of arrival, payment is due in full at time of confirmation. Special & Special offers and transfers must be prepaid in full within 7 days of booking and are non refundable. Payment is due in full for Special For major holiday months, final payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival. Once booking is confirmed with deposit, there will be a $25.00 charge per booking for each change to cover administrative fees.
All cancellations must be made in writing and received within the time specified 31 days or less,
NO REFUND. Full refund less $100.00 per person cancellation fee to cover booking expense will be granted, if cancellation is received no less than 31 days prior to date of arrival. For major holiday periods no refund will be issued 60 days prior to date of arrival. 61 days prior to date of arrival $100.00 per person will be charged for cancellations. Approved refunds will be issued in the form of credit to be applied to future reservations. There will be no refunds for no shows, early departures, late arrivals, or unused portions of accommodations, meals, activities, or services are non-refundable. If cancellation received greater than 90 days prior to date of arrival than full refund will be made. If due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel the tour and you are unable to reschedule due to weather or other conditions, and in such an event, no refund allowance will be issued. There will be no refunds due to airline delays or acts of GOD, including weather-related problems. Maruba Resort assumes no responsibility to any injury, damage, or loss of property or person as a result of any services provided by Maruba Resort or its employees.
A valid passport is needed for entry to Belize.

For airport transfers, if you do not provide flight information for pick up then you will be responsible for taxi charges or special pick up. (Pick up times are: 9:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., & 4:30 p.m.).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Responsibilities: I/We am aware that during the tour, or trip certain risk and dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling down rivers by boat or raft, horseback-riding, hiking, rock climbing, caving, sailing in open water, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities, forces or nature and travel by air, automobile or other conveyance. In consideration of, and a part payment for the right to participate in such trips and other activities, services and food arranged by Maruba Resort, their agents or associates, I have read and do hereby assume all of the above risks and will hold them harmless for any and all liability action, in causes of action, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise of or in connection with my trip or participation in any activities arranged by Maruba Resort and their agents or administrators and for all members of my family and others accompanying and booked for by me. I have read and accept the conditions outlined above, and enclosed required deposit.

We provide you the ability to define and modify your mailing preferences at any time, including unsubscribing from all marketing communications. In addition, every time you receive an email, you will be provided the choice to opt-out of future emails by following the instructions provided in the email.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-In time is 2:30pm. Check-Out time is 12pm. Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed. Late Check-Out must be coordinated with the hotel if it is available.
